    2. Not really. IMSLP has the 1810 reissue by Sieber in Paris. The first edition was by published Dussek & Corri in London, 1796 (without an opus number.) Op. 24 and C141-143 are numbers typical for the mid-1790s if the work was truly from 1810 the you would expect an opus number around 70 and a C number in the 230s. Also, all the rest of the music from the broadcast is from the mid 1790s and just reading the score and listening to the music, you can tell its from 1796 and not 1810.

  2. I have conflicting sources. When mentions that Corri-Dussek published it without opus and another says that Op. 24 was issued by Corri-Dussek. Bottom line: it was in 1796.
